Effective teaching requires both spiritual dependence and practical discipline. Spend time praying over your lessons, organizing your thoughts, and communicating in a way that people can easily understand. Avoid unnecessary complexity. Jesus often taught profound truths through simple stories because He wanted His listeners to understand and apply God's Word to their daily lives.

Ask yourself, Am I helping people understand God's Word or making it difficult to grasp? Does my lifestyle confirm the message I stand to teach? These questions will help you remain faithful to your calling.

As you continue serving in the teaching ministry, remember that your goal is not popularity but faithfulness. Let every lesson reveal Christ, strengthen believers, and inspire obedience to God's Word. A teacher who depends on the Holy Spirit will produce fruit that remains for generations.
